I forgot my password and/or my account is locked
For your security, we do not have access to your password. Instead, we ask that you reset your password by clicking on the button below. You will be asked to enter some required identification information which includes the email address (username) you have associated with your account. We will use this email address to send you a temporary password link and instructions regarding how to personalize your new password.
I forgot my username
To retrieve your name, you will need your Member ID (this is your Employee ID or your SSN – depending on which option your employer selected for your unique identification key in our system) and your Employer ID. Your employer ID is provided in your Annual Welcome Email, on any automated claim correspondence, or an your Plan Highlights (available through your Benefits Department).

My account is locked, what should I do.
For your security, we lock your account if there have been 5 failed log on attempts within any 60 minute period. We will automatically unlock your account after 12 hours. If you need access before that time, you can unlock your account by using the password reset tool above.
I want to change my username or password.
You can change both of these identifiers once you sign in using your original credentials. Just select the “Account Settings” option from the top of the menu once you are signed on.
I don't know my Employer ID. Where can I find it.
Your Employer ID is provided in your Annual Welcome Email, on any automated claim correspondence or on your Plan Highlights. If you are unable to locate any of these resources, please contact us at
What is my Member ID?
Your Member ID is usually your SSN unless your employer has identified you with a unique internal employee number and has asked that Igoe use that as your unique identification key in our system as well. We recommend you try your SSN first and then your employee number if you aren’t sure and want to get started right away.
