Revenue Procedure 2018-17 was released on April 26, 2018 and provides taxpayers the ability to treat the original $6900 as the max annual family HSA contribution limit. The Rev. Proc. also provides guidance on how to handle distributions that were meant to reduce contributions to the lower $6850 limit.
